Catalyst Clarity Challenge Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored by Malvern Panalytical located at 2400 Computer Drive, Westborough, Massachusetts 01581 USA.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States. Must be 18+ and working in the United States. Employees and immediate family of Malvern Panalytical or any other Spectris-owned company are not eligible.

3. Contest Period

July 7, 2026 – September 30, 2026. Winners will be announced on or about October 15, 2026, through the Malvern Panalytical Advanced Materials LinkedIn Page.

4. How to Enter

Here’s how to participate:

Create a LinkedIn post sharing how you use Malvern Panalytical instruments in your research or work. Post must include a picture or video.
Highlight the challenge you’re solving and the clarity you’ve gained
Include #CatalystClarityChallenge and tag #MalvernPanalytical

5. Entry Requirements

Entries must be original, lawful, and must not contain confidential or proprietary information.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize: Sponsorship for a single registration to a conference of your choice (valued up to $2000) *
Second Place: Sponsorship for a single registration to a conference of your choice (up to $500) *
10 Runners up will receive a building brick set of choice (Revontium, Mastersizer, or TriStar)
Prize may not be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
*Sponsorship prizes are for conference registration only and do not include travel costs. Sponsorship prizes must be redeemed by June 30, 2027.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection

Entries will be evaluated based on a combination of engagement (likes, comments, shares) and content quality, including clarity, relevance, and originality (where permitted by law).

9. Winner Requirements

Winners must respond within 7 days and provide required details. (Full name, address, phone, email)

10. Publicity & Privacy

By entering, participants represent and warranty they have permission of any entry content owner to share the content and grant Sponsor permission to use their name and entry content for marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law. Participants may opt out of Sponsor’s use of their personal data at any time. See Sponsor’s Privacy Notice for more details.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any other damages.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel or modify the Contest as needed.
